Over the course of 4 weeks, attend 3 group sessions and 1 individual session with your Chopra-certified meditation teacher, learning Primordial Sound Meditation. This ancient Mantra meditation technique uses the most basic sounds of nature to help us diconnect from daily activity. Once you receive your unique mantra, you will learn the benefits of meditation for your overall health, and how you can achieve balance, tranquility and compassion within.

Session 1 - you will learn the history of Primordial Sound Meditation and the benefits of a meditation practice.

Session 2- you will receive your personal mantra.

Session 3- you will learn practical aspects of meditation and have your questions answered.

Session 4- you will learn about the possibilities of higher states of consciousness with a regular practice of meditation.
